I live here and the old man Jim that runs is the rudest man you'd ever meet can't even talk to him he's that rude it's not very good for business very very rude

The townhouse is nice. Laundry room is small. Heat never turns off, had windows open and fans on all winter. 50 degrees outside and 85 inside.
