Valley View Apartments are very nice. Management is great and always helpful. It is in an awesome location close to whatever you need and want.There are activities that are a lot of fun. You will be very happy here!
Very nice apartments for older adults. The rent is very affordable. Nice place to visit but I would never live there.
They like to raise people rent and not fixed anything
My mother lives there, before the new owners she really enjoyed it there but since the new owners have come in they have raised the rent, been without hot water for a 10 day stretch, bed bugs, roaches, elevators are down all the time which makes it hard on handicapped folks such as my mom. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to rent there to turn around and run for the hills. The care for their tenants isn't there with this new bunch of yahoos running the place.
Nice building but the elevator breaks down quite often and there is a problem with the hot water not working from time to time. This place used to be for seniors but now the rent to whom ever and that has made it a worse place to live. You constantly smell weed on certain floors and the elevator landings are dirty.
