where do I begin, its infested with bed bugs and the heating in the winter time is slim to none. The management will try to silence you and try to violate your rights.The elevators which there is only 2 are always breaking down if fact we the tenants called the city of Rockford to complain so much that the asst, manager Elizabeth came to the lunch room and pleaded for us not to call the city on them anymore. Management sucks. Over charge fees for EVERYTHING!! Elevators are always out which sucks due to a lot of tenants being handicapped and need to use them. Bed bugs are terrible. They need to do better!!!
These apartments are full of black mold and the elevators are constantly out of service and the on-site Manager Think she's a k9 Love to sniff the hallways and falsely accuse people of smoking in their apartment makes false allegations to get you evicted!!! She will not allow someone to care for your love one overnight!! You can ask every tenant that lives there they will say the same thing!!!!
Was a great place to live until new owners took over. Having issues with bedbugs and everything outdated. Can't wait to move. Update: got charged for stuff about my apartment not being clean and etc, they sent me to collections without work with me first. I feel these people are racist against whites
The new owners Omni are crooked. They turned me into collections 18 months after I moved out claiming I owed them money but they refused to let me enter for exit walk through and did additional damage and my carpet was from 1995-96 and had extensive damage before I moved in in 2015 and it wasn’t changed therefore it had normal wear and tear not what they claimed was damage I did.
