No Heat No Hot Water for over a month on and off. Well this problem has been on going since last year. Wonder do we get a reduction in rent hummmmm doubt that but they will offer to lend you a space heater. And of couse your electric will go up and they wont pay towards it. And also if you singed your lease and it included the use of the gym well forget that also now you have to pay. And the noice well we wont even go there because if you cant sleep when its noisey well dont move here. And theres more people not working than... read more
