I had a good experience living here. Complex is in a safe area centrally located from everything. Fair rental price. Dog friendly. Neighbors were cool. Maintenance requests were always handled within reasonable time periods. Outside of the water issues no other problem really. The manager Amy is very communicative and on top of things.
Amy is a fantastic manager. Although I have lived in apts my whole life, this is the first time in my life any manager has actually listened to my requests and made changes. All my maintenance requests are handled quickly and reliably. All the staff is great here: Charlotte in the office and the whole maintenance crew is so helpful and skilled: Issac, Jose and all the others.
I love living here! I transferred from the small one bedroom to the large bedroom because I love it so much. The apartments are well kept and you can't beat the price for living in the Foothills. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. You won't regret living here.
I must say this has to be one of the most friendliest and most caring group of people from office to maintenance they are so incredibly helpful and trustworthy I wouldn’t have picked a better place to live
