This was my favorite spot to live. The maintenance workers were always very helpful and so were the front managers. If we had any concerns and or complaints they did their best to address it.

I moved into the 1 bedroom apt over a year and a half ago and immediately fell in love with the place. Laundry has never been an issue for me here, the gym is always open and clean ready for use. The pool is amazing, and heated during the winter months. I recently upgraded my apt to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and wow. My views of the valley and downtown are almost perfect. I have lived at Valley View for three years. The water issues can be frustrating, but it has been better in the last year or so. Aside from that I don't have any complaints. I haven't had any issues with pests or roaches in either of the apartments I live in. Overall I enjoy living here due to its location. I have great neighbors both above and below me who are super quiet and courteous, and that makes a difference. Past property managers weren't as proactive in making sure things were kept up.
