Staff here great and plenty of parking
If I could give more stars, I would. This by far has been the best apartment complex I have lived in yet. The community is very warm and friendly; it’s a very quiet community. I have enjoyed my 3 years living here, and hope to be here for many more! The apartment is a nice size, roomy, and if there are issues, maintenance responds expeditiously and goes out of their way for you. Issac is amazing and appreciated. I absolutely and highly recommend Valley View. What sets Valley View apart from other communities is the care the staff shows for its residents. Everyone goes out of their way to provide support, answer questions in a timely manner, greets you all the time, and brings in food trucks to celebrate the community. I am so grateful for everyone. The apartments themselves are nice but you unfortunately can't count on maintanence. My shower plunger was sealed upon move in and it took them a month to get to it. They also left a mess I had to take care of from unsealing it. Further, my packages got stolen right out of my mailbox twice. I found out the mailboxes don't even lock shut and reported it to the front office. My mailbox still opens without a lock. So now I have to go through the motions of buying a PO box to prevent theft.
i am in mexico and did email requesting info and they refused - ai powerered - said i had to schedule a visit. Did reply that i would need to fly in for a visit. AI didn't care - had to schedule a visit. Suggest they mend AI responses
