I moved into the 1 bedroom apt over a year and a half ago and immediately fell in love with the place. Laundry has never been an issue for me here, the gym is always open and clean ready for use. The pool is amazing, and heated during the winter months. I recently upgraded my apt to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and wow. My views of the valley and downtown are almost perfect. I have lived at Valley View for three years. The water issues can be frustrating, but it has been better in the last year or so. Aside from that I don't have any complaints. I haven't had any issues with pests or roaches in either of the apartments I live in. Overall I enjoy living here due to its location. I have great neighbors both above and below me who are super quiet and courteous, and that makes a difference. Past property managers weren't as proactive in making sure things were kept up. I've lived here since 2009. Reasons I love this place: the VIEW, the crew: Isaac, Jose, Brenda, Angelica, Charlotte and Amy. The close proximity to Tucson Mall, grocery stores , restaurants is a plus. Huge laundry room. Nice work-out facility. Sure there's some issues, but it's an older place...but things do get repaired, or replaced. Since Amy came on board changes have been promised and delivered!!!! Amy-azing. She gets stuff DONE!
I lived here for about 3 years. The good: - Quiet. People are respectful about noise and the building insulation is clearly well done. I very rarely heard my upstairs neighbors. No party is no loud music. People are quiet. - Big units. I work from home. It was nice to find a one bedroom apartment that I could situate my home office in and still have plenty of space. - Maintenance.
