The maintenance crew here make all the difference out of all the other complexes. They approach their work very professionally and help you out immediately upon maintenance requests and work orders.

I lived here for about 3 years. The good: - Quiet. People are respectful about noise and the building insulation is clearly well done. I very rarely heard my upstairs neighbors. No party is no loud music. People are quiet. - Big units. I work from home. It was nice to find a one bedroom apartment that I could situate my home office in and still have plenty of space. - Maintenance. I love living here at Valley View. I’ve been here almost 3 years and have thought it’s a great value. Everyone in the office is kind and responsive. The maintenance guys are really trying to keep the place up. As far as the water shut offs, they tell you in advance and if you work regular business hours, it won’t affect you in the slightest. You can go spend $1500 for a shoebox with marble countertops but I’d rather spend my money on things I want to, not rent.
