Things went downhill fast after Bob stopped managing, maintenance never came and the new tenants they allowed move in brought cockroaches from their previous apartment, pictures below are the text messages my neighbor sent to the new landlord. Nothing was ever done until I contacted the state and even then they came and sprayed once and they never got rid of them, the people next and below me had clutter and garbage everywhere and landlord allowed it.
