This is the best veterinary service I have ever used. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your pet gets the best care and you are comfortable with the decisions you have to make. I can't say enough good thing about them.
I took an injured stray cat I named Lucky to Valley Vet on 2/14/17 in hopes of helping him. Unfortunately I found out that he was positive for Feline Leukemia. Dr. Bartus was compassionate yet honest about what she thought would be best for Lucky. Even after she explained why it was best to put him down she allowed me time to ask questions about "what if" we would try to treat him. She left me alone with Lucky while she put a treatment proposal together. When she returned she said "did you have a good cry?" How did she know?... read more
We see Dr Crum and she is wonderful with Scarlet! MK is our favorite person to see walking in with how amazing and helpful she is. Scarlet was adopted and gets very scared and they always treat her so well! Prices are great and in an emergency they get you in right away, which eases pet parents minds. Thank you Valley Vet!
