Everyone at Valley Vet is wonderful, caring, respectful, and responsive hospital - not to mention everyone is very knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in the door or have to call for an emergency through to the wonderful Doctors and Nurses who tend to your animals - it's high quality service. I had a stretch this summer of 3 farm calls and then an emergency run into the hospital with my horses. Everyone was wonderful!
I only been to the one located in Cle Elum 3×, (because I didn't have animals for awhile & Mt Stuart is no longer in upper county) worst experience! This place takes advantage of your time like you have no life, I had 2 animals that were to be seen today, 3:00 apt, & 3:20 apt., by 3:45 I walked out. No one said they were running late or anything, they just let us sit in the exam room for 30+ mins. The wait is always really long, but I had it today! Currently having my kitty be seen here for a very severe condition that we have yet to have a diagnosis for (suspicion of lily consumption looks like it's turning out to be something much more severe, involving kidney failure) and the vet and everyone there is very compassionate, knows me almost as soon as I walk in. Thanks to all the staff for making Roxy's visits so great since moving here from the Westside just over 3-years ago. She's our 13-year old pug who loves a visit to Valley Vet. I can't imagine putting her in anyone else's care.
Couldn't be happier with our experience at Valley Vet. We arrived with our horse early, and the assistant & vet got to us early (that doesn't happen very often). All our questions were answered and our horse's treatment done in a very efficient & professional manner. Thanks for A-1 service!
