Ive had 5 cats theyve taken care of. When it's time for them tor cross the rainbow bridge they're so compassionate, and kind to the animals and their owners. Much love to them all. You won't be disappointed with the care given
Your team is incredibly caring, and I never feel rushed during our visits. I also truly appreciate that I never feel pressured into unnecessary treatments or expenses — which unfortunately was my experience at a previous clinic. You are always transparent about costs and clearly explain alternative options, and that honesty means a great deal. Dr. Hayes saw us through one of the toughest times, losing our 9 year old Doberman, Dahlia. We have chosen to seek out her care since. She never rushes you through an appointment, explains things in a way that you can understand and gives space to process. She is compassionate, empathetic, and doesn’t pressure you to make decisions. She will also personally follow-up via phone when able. She is simply the best and we’re lucky to have her as our family vet.
The staff are wonderful—so friendly and informative! They always take the time to answer questions and even get down on the floor with my dog to help him feel comfortable. It’s clear they truly care about both pets and owners.
