The staff is terrific. They go out of their way to help. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and thoroughly explain everything. Everyone makes your pets feel special and takes good care of them. We have been with Valley Vet for over eleven years and have no plans on leaving.
Thank you for taking such good care of the little stray we brought in today. Sadly, it didn't end as we'd hoped. But that little guy knew some love and compassion in his last hours.
They took care of my furbaby when he was there for some surgery. The only problem I had was that he was there to have some growths removed, I went in early and met with someone to go over all of the growths to have removed....but some of them were missed, and they were the ones I specifically said, "don't forget these ones." No ones perfect though, and luckily they aren't cancerous or painful for him. Seems a little pricey, but this is the only vet we go to, so I'm not really sure it is expensive. I love all of the people at this office. Our groomer is so patient, also the prices and atmosphere are way better than Petsmart (where we used to go) and it's always a pleasure to take our dogs for a visit. We recently put our female Pomeranian to sleep and it was the most calming experience. From hugs from staff to letting us stay with her as long as we wanted before and after. We have been here a long time and would not change.
My kitty loves the nurses and doctors here. They all have a special touch.
I love the care and love they have given me in having to put down my cat, I was devistated and they were so very kind. Now they love on my 2 new kitties in a special way. I highly recommend the Drs and entire staff. Thank You. ..Linda Fossum
