Been waiting on the results from a scan a month ago...multiple calls for status, no returned call. The receptionist needs to find a new job. She was unconcerned and had a bad attitude. My referring Doctors office stated that the doctors here are great, but the staff suck! I highly suggest you find another practice for vascular needs. This place is absolutely horrible!

Was referred to Dr. Wellborn as a result of a retinal artery occlusion, and mistakenly thought treatment was the end goal. No doctor or staff members explained that they did not treat my condition, only referred me for a CT scan of carotid arteries ($300). Scan revealed no significant blockages, so a low-dose daily aspirin and possibly a stating were recommended. No treatment for retinal artery occlusion - I feel like I contributed to the revenue stream... POOR communication!

Plan on being there a few hours. They're slow!!! Dr and staff are very friendly though. Arrive early to the parking garage because the elevator wait time is long to go to the main entrance

So, I called them finally after a little while and they promised to call me telling me they were a week behind. I BEVER HEARD FROM THEM!! So I looked up other vascular doctors in this area and found an excellent one. On the day before my procedure this doctors office calls me. I said no thank you I’m having the procedure I needed a year a... read more
