I purchased weathertech mats at Valley Van and the passenger side mat didn't fit properly. I returned and was told they would get a replacement set and to keep the ones I had in my car until then I returned there this morning and was told they got me the higher grade mats at no extra charge. They fit beautifully and made this a quick and painless exchange. This is outstanding customer service and I highly recommend Valley Van. The gentlemen are all personable, efficient and professional!

so it’s 2023 and i bring my new F250 in for a 5th wheel and these guys (Rob) grand slam it!! now it’s 2026 and i got a new 26 F250 Tremor. i bring it in for a front light bar (under grill) and rear (under bumper) lights and lastly a puck light. grand slam is understatement - holy he:: these folks are beyond the top of their game from start to finish my truck was handled as if it was the owners. i do not have enough good to say about this place. yeah there’s a guy there that’s a bit rough around the edges but so what the end ... read more
