These gentlemen had irrigation supply items that I could not find at the big box warehouses. And friendly! Go see these guys. They even helped me fix my toilet while I was there... I did not take my toilet with me...
Way over priced. And don’t try to return anything, 30% restocking fee. Sorry you can’t turn around and put an item back on your shelf.
Stay away from this Valley Valve & Pipe Supply Co at all costs. Management will accuse you of lying when you try to return a defective plumbing part and show them all the documentation to support your statement. Worst experience ever.
Cannot say enough good things about Valley Valve & Pipe Supply Co!!! After getting a repair kit from a big box store (& realizing after trying to install that it was the wrong one) we started googling and stumbled upon this place -- and we are SO glad we did! We brought in the old piece and they were immediately able to identify and get us replacements and give advice.
