If i could give a lower score, i would. Had this hole in our roof for a full calendar year. Was notified via email over 15 times in the first few months/weeks. See for yourselves. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. These pictures span from August 2023 to July 2024.
Doesn't like to fix anything charging us extra fees even though it was put in the lease that we wouldn't have to pay it sold the property while we were living in the place to someone else but still taking us to court charge just triple just to move in and he didn't even do the actual background and I didn't even have evictions on my record he went off of what I was saying instead of actually running it but I didn't have any evictions on my record at that time and was still charged double deposit
Horrible landlord. Will not fix things in a timely manner. Do Not rent from this landlord.
