Delay after delay, no communication, yelling cussing lawyer. We left and went to a good attorney and got it closed in 3 days.
I will definitely not use them again. I used them in the past and the closing went rather smoothly. However, this time I was very disappointed. They are not experienced nor have the skills to handle foreclosure properties but when you call and ask they say they are. They give you a quote of their fees but try to later increase their cost/fees. Stating it was more work than they had anticipated. Very rude and poor service! First, I had to leave a message for them to call me back. Then, they hanged up on me while I was still attempting to explain the bank details they provided for money transfer were insufficient :-( Their account is with a small regional bank with no direct SWIFT/IBAN number to receive international payments.
