BEST PLACE TO BUY TIRES. THIS SHOP IS BY FAR THE BIGGEST, NICEST AND DEFINETLY THE MOST CLEANEST IN SACRAMENTO. THEY HAVE A VERY HUGE INVENTORY OF NEW AND USED TIRES AND CUSTOM WHEELS AT THE CHEAPEST PRICES. THIS SHOP HAS A NICE CLEAN WAITING ROOM WITH COUCHES AND PLASMA TV'S FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE - DON'T BUY ANY TIRES FROM THEM I bought 3 tires from them and the next day one of them was flat and they wouldn't give me a refund. There was a tear on the side of it and patches all over it and they said I probably ran over a nail and hit a curb. They were rude and mad acting as though I was trying to rip them off. so please think twice before you pull into this place. If something goes wrong with your purchase you wont be refunded!! What a joke! What a joke that first review is!!! Can you make it anymore obvious that they are reviewing their own company. I'm surprised they don't also tell us how beautiful the building is, when seen from Google Earth or how great the adhesive that holds the floors down is - GIVE ME A BREAK! mr. Got a patch from here one time. decent people. The reviews are kind of wierd. some good some bad. i have 3 cars so i can share some experience. No tire shop warranties a used tire. And that is the primary reason BIG CHAIN SHOPS DONT SELL USED TIRES----YOU CANNOT WARRANTY THEM.i have had used tires ive bought go bad (and this from shops all over nor cal). Just go there! And get NEW tires! Great pricing on tires, and excellent service to back it up! I bought good tires for my F150 and Audi Allroad for under $900, at prices better than TireRack.com!
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE TURBULER RIPP OFFS Valley Tires $ Wheels I am very upset on the way they accuse their customers of trying to cheat them. When I bought 3 used tires and one of them was bad. Why couldn't they replace it!! It was only 1 day before that I bought it. Instead they said it was my fault.!! and wouldn't refund or replace it... These used tires were $30.00 each. I even gave them their bad tire back and I probably shouldn't have because they most likely RESOLD IT.... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....
Think Twice!!!!!! I have a rare set of tires. so i called around everywhere. Every place said $400. Except here. they said $233 out the door. So of course went and got them done. Well my wife got them done. When she came home i thought they looked odd. I look closer and 3 of the 4 tires were different sizes. I ran straight back and they did replace them but i had to wait an hour. Crooks They pretended to balance my new tires but never started the balancer. What a rip off. Took a bid of the mechanic putting my old wheel weights back on while my tires were still on the tire machine! They charged me 50$ for balancing then flat didn't do it.
