Spent thousands years back on a system. Great system when installed but during a move we have misplaced our manuals so the couple of times we have questions about very simple issues (call forwarding, for example), they want to charge you for just talking to you on the phone - if they call you back. My last call took 10 days to get returned. No chance I use them for another system. Too bad they can't see the forest through the trees. Good customer service would want to make me return.
