Dr. Douglas Downey and the V.S.A. team are/were wonderful. From the moment Dr. Downey walked into my room at HH Madison Hospital he was a consummate professional as well as kind and compassionate. He talked to me and not at me. The nurse Sandy (my apologies if I got your name wrong) was equally compassionate, kind and professional. I highly recommend V.S.A. to those in need of their surgical expertise.
