I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas for my trade and purchase. We were able to get all numbers squared away a week in advance and after a 12 hour drive from Texas to the dealership, he made sure to get me in and out quickly. He had my windows tinted and ready for use by the time I arrived. I do want to add that my husband is in the military and was unable to accompany me on the trip due to the corona virus and Nicholas still made me feel comfortable and took care of all my questions and concerns. Took our van in for a routine oil change with no problems. Left the place with a leaky oil pan. Car went in fine and out damaged. Service department is trying to put repair on us. Extremely terrible customer service. Seems like all the answered we are given is to cover their mistakes. Called to get things squared away and my wife went down from Ft.
