Cinthia is the best employee! Always making her members feel appreciated and satisfied with every transaction she assists with. Cinthia is very knowledgeable on all the products and services and is always ready to provide the best service.
Was shopping around for a used car loan, checking rates. Did one online with them and they did a hard check on my credit before I knew rates, approval or anything. Bold of them to assume I would even use them to warrant a hard check. I then called the 800 number and the lady hung up on me! Place is a joke.
Ran through the doors at the last minute to grab a cashiers check. Not only did she complete it in two minutes, but offered help and resources very kind very accommodating.
