place is absolutely terrible from the rude staff down to the up keep of the property. they refuse to give us access to pay our rent online so I'm forced to pay a fee each month just to pay rent, my apartment has been broken into multiple times, vehicles constantly vandalized and the property does absolutely nothing to give us a safe place to live. wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to live here. plus parking is a nightmare with the parties and drunk people laying in hallways and outside.
Very bad management of property. Office manager is out to lunch, does care for renters...only bottom dollar.....she needs to get a new job, maybe in Iran.
outdated, takes forever to fix anything, cars are constantly being broken into. I could go on
this place is a joke, closest thing to a slum lord I've ever experienced.
The people downstairs smell horrid.. like cabbage,hard boiled eggs, and 8 weeks old shitty diapers. The walls are paper thin sooo we can hear them arguing,kids crying nonstop, and doors slamming. But they’re nice to your face.. just like a lot of people in this building/office. I’m only giving 2 stars instead one one because the pool is pretty awesome.
The building smells horrible due to the downstairs tenants. The smell leaks through the walls and is so strong it can be smelled outside the building. One guy smokes pot all the time. Any maintenance issues you have like rodents living in the ceiling dont waste your time talking to maintenance, office or manegment because they will only lie to you and not do anything about it. Overall i feel like we live in a garbage dump in the middle of the ghetto.
