As a novice to storage space, we just called the number while we were onsite and Stacy answered quickly and walked us through the steps to secure a unit, remotely. The process was seamless and she answered all of our questions. We got our items moved into storage within an hour. Excellent customer care! Unit was clean and included a complimentary lock . Highly recommended!
