Experience was great just seems like the price skyrocketed and couldn’t no longer afford. started off paying less than 200 maybe less than $150 to paying $260 a month but other than that experience was great. Had to get rid of all of my belongings because I couldn’t afford the high prices anymore.
The only thing I had a problem with was finding the lock. I thought it would be on the unit but it was in the unit. Customer service was very quick and helpful with this.
Very nice clean place, never a problem with rodents or bugs a few spiders maybe staff is knowledgeable and supportive to every need
Too expensive
Both people I spoke to at Valley Storage - Michelle & Beth - were very helpful and attentive. They were always easy to reach and super helpful.
