This is our third summer using Valley Storage in Oberlin (route 20 and main st locations) to store our college dorm room boxes. Always clean, easy and safe storage. Customer service is always very helpful, as well. Thank you.
I have three units here and they took me off auto pay without my knowledge. I am now dealing with trying to fix the managers mishap even though I never asked to be taken off auto pay. They made multiple accounts after I had all three units on one account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! !!!
