I rented a unit from both New Bern locations. At each location the access codes were denied. After finally getting into the Neuse Blvd location I couldn't get into the unit due to a special lock. After having to call another person for that situation I got fed up with the nonsense. I had a trailer full of things that I had to take back 50 miles.I'll call back tomorrow to cancel both rentals.
To reserve a unit through their customer service and utilize the online website was super easy. Any trouble that I experienced, was efficiently and effectively resolved in a timely manner. They also provide a lock for your unit that directly connects with your phone via an app.
