Makayla the property manager made everything simple and easy she is very efficient and knew exactly what I needed 10/10 would recommend renting from this facility
Terrible experience. Would not recommend this place at all. Nobody was there and I damaged my pick up truck trying to back out with my boat. I DO NOT Recommend
Since being purchased by Valley Storage the price of units has consistently increased. At a more than annual clip. No visible improvements were made to the facility that might support the increase. It was not like that prior to Valley Storage purchase of this facility in Medina Taking advantage of a somewhat captive audience and it shows by the increasing number of available units. Financial motivation over customer centric is their choice. I merely prefer working with a customer centric company.
Great place to store. However, prices kept increasing and increasing. Finally had to opt out!
