It is a clean and well kept facility.
Everything was fine until Dec 23rd. One of your contractors damaged my Airstream. A significant crease four feet long and forty inches high horizontally. Evidence leads to a contracted snow plow entering an unoccupied space adjacent to my Airstream travel trailer which had been stationary for an extended period of time. I was in and out of Valley Storage for a week prior detailing the exterior preparing for transfer of ownership. There are security cameras in plain view.
