The staff at Valley Storage were great to work with - prompt, courteous, and helpful in every way. The storage facility was easy to access, clean, and well-secured. I highly recommend Valley Storage to anyone needing a unit that is easily accessible and well managed.
easy Access reservations are easy to do over the phone. Please look well-maintained.
Have had nightmare experiences with exponentially increasing rates at other storage facilities (as is the model), and while this place isn’t perfect it’s definitely better than most, and the manager, Carl, was invaluable in helping me navigate my long-term storage needs. FYI: Extra Space Storage is hands down the worst.
