Karl provided excellent customer service and promptly answered all questions. We rented a space for our motorhome and it was a much better deal than we had with our previous rv storage. It was cheaper, guaranteed space with security and the area is paved. No more mud to deal with. I highly recommend Valley Storage for all your storage needs.

Have had nightmare experiences with exponentially increasing rates at other storage facilities (as is the model), and while this place isn’t perfect it’s definitely better than most, and the manager, Carl, was invaluable in helping me navigate my long-term storage needs. FYI: Extra Space Storage is hands down the worst.
