RecommendedI have rented multiple units over the past few years with Valley Storage in Lexington. I have never been as satisfied with the customer service as I am now. Bethany Coffey is a great manager and has been extremely helpful to me. I even rented an extra unit that was on special, but probably never would have bothered had it not been for her. I enjoy making my payments in person rather than on line because she is so personable. Great for your business. Thank you for all if your attentive care!!

They hired people to replace their doors on their storage units, the people they hired damaged items of mine and they refused to do anything about. My contact was with them, not the people they hired. I didn’t hire them, they did!!!. I gave them my business and faithfully paid them and this is how they treated me in return. Since I was storing some other peoples items along with mine, I had to reimburse them for damages that was done under their care. This is soo wrong of them!!!!!!!
RecommendedWow I can't say enough about New Carolina. They really helped us out when we needed a unit quickly. I have used a lot of storage units and none can even come close to New Carolina. It is easy to get in and out and the units is very clean the whole facility is wonderful. Great location, secure, the staff is amazing and very helpful. If we need another unite again I would use them in a second.

RecommendedI cannot say enough positive things about Valley storage! Tom, the manager was exceptional! I told him what I needed and he was more than happy to accommodate me. Within a few days my entire situation changed and I was back again at Valley storage talking to Tom. Once again he was more than willing to help me, he went out of his way to make sure that everything was just fine and was taken care of. Excellent excellent facility. I highly recommend! FIVE-STAR!!!
