I have been here twice. I dread going back because each time takes me at least 6 hours. Someone with severe depression cannot commit to a movie right now, let alone trying to better myself by sitting there for six hours. The first time, I had the nurse Evelyn. I had a great experience with this crisis center. The staff is very helpful, kind, and understanding. They made me feel supported and truly cared about my situation. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who needs support.

Hi, I am a client at the STARS Community Crisis Center in Victorville. During my most recent visit on 8/18/25, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Toni is outstanding! She was so friendly and helpful and worked hard to find my MediCal information so that I could refill my prescription. I highly recommend anyone with mental health issues to visit Ms. Toni and get help right away. She is the best, and even made me a lunch with water as I waited to see the doctor. Thank you and God Bless your organization.

I am not the type to make a review but it was my first time coming here and I met with the therapist Kammy and I have never met someone so kind who listened to me like she did… I have never met a therapist or a stranger who cared about me like she has when she just met me for the first time. Their are not a lot of people like her in this world so thank you for making me want to stay around and keep going and for your words. 5 stars I recommend the crisis walk in center.

I have to say thank you so much to Tiffany and it’s one more person. I will leave another review for she helped me and My son and Family so much with My son with his mental issue. He needed extra support help and someone who cares he had to stay overnight and she got him a blanket. She made sure he was good and put a smile on his face and thank you to the staff as well for your patience… Thank you so much You will be blessed.
