I had some anxiety issues that came on suddenly thank God for this clinic because I don’t know what I would have done. I couldn’t get into any doctors. It would help me with this issue and they were there until I didn’t need them anymore. Every Employee that helped me along my way were so kind showed me respect and that was important To me to not Feel Judged

I’m incredibly disappointed. I brought my friend to this crisis center to ask for resources on how to get medication. Three people came to the door and two of them were very kind and sweet. But the darker skinned lady with a “D” necklace and blonde twists was so mean to my friend. She was vulnerable and talked about her condition and the blonde lady with a lot of attitude just said “well what do you want.” “Why are you here.” And it’s not the question it’s the attitude as if we were wasting her time or annoying her. I went to get evaluated they couldn’t help me because their psychiatrist had already left.. most of the staff was very helpful and kind but this one woman that worked there was so rude she rolled her eyes and snapped her neck at me and made me feel like I was bothering her when all I did was ask for resources.. she didn’t tell me her name but she had a d necklace on.. I’m so disappointed all I did was ask for help
