First they deliver to my son on time every time 3 big bottles up 3cflights of stairs. It is like drinking out a well the water is excellent. They answer every call or email wiithin a day..Great family run business.
Do NOT buy from Valley Spring Water! Although my company had some success with their delivery over the last months, Valley Spring recently increased their prices and we unfortunately couldn't afford their prices anymore. We informed Valley Spring of this change and requested that we keep the 5 gallon jugs we had already paid for until we had used it up. This company is a straight out joke staff answering phones are rude and short with people, the delivery driver is straight up a liar, charged me for monthly fees but never delivered my water, unprofessional rude and has no problem treating customers like dog poo!!!! I prefer a place willing to do what they actually say and can trust do better 🤬
Do not buy your water from these people they lie and steal they never come on the days they say they are going to I have proof of all of this
