Move here if you love your home smelling like the dumpster behind a restaurant. Various cooking smells seep through the walls terribly. The apartments are damp, dirty, and in poor repair. Several possessions have been destroyed due to the unmanageable level of humidity. Also old appliances make utility bills ghastly. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
I love living at Valley Springs! I've been here for a few years now and never had an issue. The staff is responsive, kind, professional, and timely. I can easily get in touch with them if I ever need anything. The few times I've had maintenance needs they are always handled quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is good quality with a lot of natural light and the walls aren't paper thin like some apartments.
