Before I begin my review, I want to address the one-star comment below. The reviewer mentioned not being able to reach the office, but during that same time, I was actively in contact with the office team via email, phone, and in person—without any issues. My experience has been quite the opposite. As for my own experience, the viewing and application process went smoothly. The leasing office has no customer services skills. We were on our last month for our lease and trying to contact the leasing office to inform we wanted to end the lease, and no one was in the office to answer calls or walk ins all month. After moving out we still got charged several months of utilities. Pungent Sound Energy just needed the office to verify our move out date to get reimbursed for those months. Great place to live! Spacious units, quiet neighbors, and clean grounds... it was hard to say goodbye to our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Nora, the manager in the office, is wonderful to work with. Both patient and kind, she takes the time to make sure tenants understand the answers to their questions. It really feels like Management cares about their community and residents! I would highly recommend.
Staff is awesome. Location is great. Beautifully designed
