The reservation system was terrible — I suddenly received a phone call and was told the appointment could only be made verbally even though request confirmation by message. During that call, I was given the wrong address, so I went to the wrong location and ended up being late. Although it was before 4 p.m., I was told the staff had to leave and couldn’t see me. They were not flexible at all in their response.
