Dr. Rivas from Pulmonary sleep clinic is amazing! I got tested for OSA and the doctor was thorough in explaining the test results. I have been getting treatment here for a little over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. The only constructive criticism I can offer is for their phone system to be a little more updated. It’s one phone number and if you don’t know the extension or name of department you are trying to reach it can be quite exhausting to be navigated to the correct person. Thank you ... read more

The reservation system was terrible — I suddenly received a phone call and was told the appointment could only be made verbally even though requested confirmation of message. During that call, I was given the wrong address, so I went to the wrong location and ended up being late. Although it was before 4 p.m., I was told the staff had to leave and couldn’t see me. They were not flexible at all in their response.

Never saw an entire staff, from reception, to lackadaisical nurses, to the nimrod anethesiologist right up to the gastroenterologist - a discombobulated, herky jerky mess. Absolutely awful experience.
