RecommendedIf the people complaining about the wait want fast food....GO TO MICKEY Ds!! Yes the wait is long...they are very BUSY...but the food is great...the beer is cold...the staff is very friendly!! I have a saying I live by.....LIFE IS SHORT..SIT BACK..ENJOY THE RIDE...DONT LIVE TO FAST..LIFE GOES BY FAST ENOUGH !! If you want GREAT food...and want to slow down and enjoy life..COME ON AND GET YA SOME !! My wife and I wiil be back !! Thank y'all for opening up !!
Everytime we come to Valley Smokehouse, my family and I have an amazing good time. The food is so,so good and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. — with Hannah Almarode.
The food is good but the wait times on food and the wait staff are lacking. 1 incident, waited over an hour on food. No refills on drink except once. 2nd incident, waited about 10mins to place a to go order after being told a waitress would be right there as soon as we came in. I wanna eat there but not at the cost of bad customer service.
I’ve been 3 times. First two times the sides were bland and servers were really slow with getting drinks and taking orders. Sat for almost an hour waiting on food. Main dishes were great. Everything else, not so much. Today was my 3rd visit. I went in to order crab legs to go. After a few minutes someone greeted us and said they would send someone to take our order. Excellent fried shrimp, sweet potato, and baked apples.
Valley Smokehouse is one of my favorite places. Good food and very friendly people. Also it’s locally owned and operated.
