The staff are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The place resembles a hotel room. Would be five stars but the lab is next to a highway. Headphones were able to drown out noise.
they scam you, first time here my partner was sent by the VA, they refused to send the VA doc the results and instead wanted to sell some equipment direct to my partner, all she was sent for was a sleep study nothing else took so long to get the results which never happened that it had to be redone, the VA sent her to the same people, these people, she was admited to hospital so canceled the appointment then a month latter a bill arrived along with a $300 charge and written on it was no show. but the VA department in questio... read more
On a noisy street - not a good idea for a sleep center. No website or email address, which for a business always makes me worry. They totally refuse to give me my medical records - telling me I would not understand them, and they had to send them to a doctor. This is contrary to California law (Health and Safety Code 123100). Staff during my 'sleep-over' pleasant.But I would never use them again ever.
