The Scottsdale office offered me a ring to wear overnight. Determined my PAP need from the results. Referred me to a provider that had terrible reviews. I called my insurance company for the name of another provider. That provider fitted my CPAP mask via a telephone call (yes, really) which was a total failure. Initially, I believe, Valley Sleep Center should have had me meet with someone for a fitting to determine the best fitting mask for me. They did NOT. What a waste of time. Liam was a great technician for Valley Sleep Center . He was very thorough, informative and friendly . I would recommend using Valley Sleep Center to all that need sleep studies .
Although I do not want to provide specific names of staff members in this review, I will be finding a new provider after my last experience here. While waiting to be checked in for my appointment I overheard one of receptionists telling another that the provider I would be seeing was in a "terrible mood" and that he would not be seeing any patients that arrive even a minute late that day. Waited on hold 16minutes, was told I was 6th in line- then on up to first in line, then a recording comes on and says I have to leave a message and they will get back to me. UGH
I'm giving one star because of their lack of grace and customer service. I had to redo a sleep study after 5 years to review my prescription. So I picked up a thumb ring that I was to wear overnight. In my sleep it came off my thumb and when I called the next morning to ask of I could use it the next night they said it would cost an extra 150 dollars which I already paid once.
