Be very careful with Valley Sleep center. I went through the process and got a CPAP machine . Used it once and brought it back . Wasn’t for me . The office manager assured me that no more charges would be incurred . I started receiving email that stated I would be charged if I missed a follow up zoom call . How was this possible. I can only attest to the fact that the communication is terrible. My PCP referred me and I got a text, I have tried calling multiple times and sat on hold for 20 mins to only be sent to VM because they are not available. Tried texting and the response is slow or non existent. When I called my PCP I was told that they had a note from the sleep center saying I have failed to contact them! Very poor way to treat new patients.

Made an appointment more than two weeks in advance but they did not see fit to check insurance until the business day before. Then tried telling me I have no insurance despite me sending them the front and back of my card and using said card at my GP just a few short weeks earlier. THEN text me literally less than 20 minutes before the appointment saying they now want to collect $193 for a telehealth visit. Outrageous and offensive.
