The technician was very helpful with my needs. When I got to a room I went to wash my hands and there was no hand soap in the dispenser. I asked for some and he said he had no access no the supplies so I left to buy my own hand soap. In the morning I got up to brush my teeth and there was no paper towels left in the dispenser. After what I went through for hand soap I just used a clean shirt I brought to dry my hands with. The bed was OK comfy, glad I got the adjustable bed. The Dr. did not show up for my virtual appointment that was set 3 weeks in advance. Very disappointed. If I cannot rely on these people to show up for a simple appointment how can I trust them with the future of my sleep? Do better.

I totally recommend Valley Sleep Center for your sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Mohan is superb patient and listens the front office. Staff are super friendly patient and everyone here makes you feel welcome.
