Disappointed in their lack of urgency and follow through. Still have not uploaded sleep study results to the patient portal after 2 weeks. This place is starting to become a problem and lacks a sense of urgency.
The technician was very helpful with my needs. When I got to a room I went to wash my hands and there was no hand soap in the dispenser. I asked for some and he said he had no access no the supplies so I left to buy my own hand soap. In the morning I got up to brush my teeth and there was no paper towels left in the dispenser. After what I went through for hand soap I just used a clean shirt I brought to dry my hands with. The bed was OK comfy, glad I got the adjustable bed. Extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful.
The Dr. did not show up for my virtual appointment that was set 3 weeks in advance. Very disappointed. If I cannot rely on these people to show up for a simple appointment how can I trust them with the future of my sleep? Do better.
