I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service provided by Valley Services following a flood caused by a broken faucet in my kitchen, dining room, and living room. Initially, the team was prompt and efficient, leading me to leave a positive review. However, my case was assigned to Steve Reidy, who assured me that the job would be completed within a week. Marvin and Rigo were amazing. They did great work and took care of us as well as our things as if it were their own. They were personable and compassionate while we were in the middle of a crisis. We felt educated at every turn about what to expect and how the process works. I highly recommend Valley as the choice outfit if you’re home and family ever experiences such a loss.
Valley services restoration... When you need a company like this it's usually not the best time. I can't speak for all the employees however I can say Rigo Dominguez is one of their golden assets and is an absolutely remarkable individual. Not only did he help get my wife and I out of a mess he truly cared about every aspect of us and the job from the moment he stepped in the door.
