This company is helping my abusive ex hold my belonging hostage from me and never called me when they said they would. They are still holding my belonging enabling further abuse. They have no procedures and the ones they do have are contradictory. Helping a man abuse a woman as a company is appalling.
I experienced exceptional customer service here. The lady was so helpful and understanding of my situation. I feel truly blessed to be able to find this hidden jem. I'm a single mother of 3, and a DV survivor. If it wasn't for her help, and great discounts at Valley self storage, I know for a fact that I would have lost all my family's belongings

I rented a u-haul from this location and the lady that checked me out said that the card I was using came back for fraud, which I'm not sure where that came from because I never got any kind of notification on my end. She also did not disclose that they were going to hold an additional $100 before she ran my card. She also stated that the gas tank was 3/4 filled, when I got in the truck it was barely above E...
