Incompetent. Unable to turn off sprinklers that flood my apartment every day. Valleyscapes is responsible for my apartments landscaping and they have no idea what they are doing. They are flooding our outdoor space despite asking the maintenance team here to ask them to stop. They have no idea how to manage grass, trees, or bark dust. Just now, they intentionally turned the sprinklers on WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. NO WARNING, JUST WET. Totally unprofessional and just an awful company/experience. Negative stars.
I couldn't be happier with the incredible work ValleyScapes did on my outdoor space! They installed a large paver patio with beautiful retaining walls, an outdoor fireplace, and a sitting wall that seamlessly ties into my existing deck. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the end result exceeded all my expectations. The team was not only skilled but also respectful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend ValleyScapes for anyone looking to transform their outdoor living area. Truly top-notch service!
