Terrible experience all around. Communication was very poor and then when a tech finally showed up he took maybe 5 or 10 minutes to look at my RV refrigerator and promptly told me I might as well buy a completely new refrigerator and let him install it. He obviously had no interest in diagnosing the issue or was completely un-prepared to do so. He charged me $90 for his 10 minutes and told me he’d send me a quote on a new refrigerator. Shawn was great! He had excellent communication and was reliable. He fixed every issue my RV had and took time to answer my questions. I highly recommend!

I called Shawn the Owner, who was on a job at the time. He took my info. on getting our RV awning cover fixed. Shawn was helpful and I appreciate when he called back as to what he could do. He referred me to another RV awning repair company, as he did not know if he could get parts/or be able to service our awning. I called another awning repair company before him and all I got was voicemail and contact thru text. I appreciate Shawn, even though we did not get our awning repaired through him.
