This apartment is trash they never do what they supposed to do. They all are liars and they won’t even come to fix the broken things in the apartment and there is bedbugs and Roaches.
Living here was fine. Apartments were decent. Recently moved out and I was told that ALL walls in the apartment were the same color, I got the color from the office and bought the paint.( i asked twice to make sure I was getting the right paint) I painted over anything that was dirty or needed fixed and primed the painted wall in the room I had painted. We have lived here a little over 6 months! At first we were really skeptical from reading the reviews. We made an appointment to see their "model" apartment and we fell in love! It was so nice the girls in the office took their time and helped us and answered the many many questions we asked them! The neighborhood is quiet, WE HAVE NOT seen any bugs (outside of course but not inside) and the maintenance staff is WONDERFUL! very friendly people here especially the guy that sits outside that lives in my building and says hi to everyone that walks by! Its also quiet out here no complaints on my end
Please stay away from this place. I just moved in and I’m already ready to move back out. Lied about what floor my apartment was on, toilet already does not work, it is dirty even though they supposedly cleaned it, and there are tons of bugs. Please avoid this place.
