Needed more amoxicillin because of infection under a crown. No available oral surgeon for a month.. and refused to give more to get through until an oral surgery appt..
I called for an appointment and I got one the next week! At my first appointment they did the filling the same day!! I am so very pleased! I have found a new dentist!
My experience with this dental office has been a great experience. The staff has always been prompt, cordial, and returned my phone calls within a timely manner. They are extremely busy but punctual. They do provide excellent care and take their time explaining one’s treatment plan. They also worked with me on making payments that were reasonable which I was very thankful for as the work insurance does not provide the best dental coverage. I had broken a tooth and valley river got me an emergency appointment that day. Courteous staff and a very nice dentist. Problem solved in 15 minutes.
My regular dentist retired.. I had an emergency dental problem, Called Valley River Dental..GOT ME RIGHT IN! Super friendly staff! Dr. Marshall took care of the issue! I have found my new dental provider! Thanks Valley River Dental!
