I had a unique issue in my original snap in lower denture weren't bullet proof my new ones are with a reasonable price,great service,I feel truly lucky to find Valley River Dental.
Horrible in every sense. Relocated, out of state. They were notified by the person they sent their reminder appointment to- yet they put a 75.00 dollar missed appointment charge on my account. Without telling personal information, they judged my very sensitive situation directly to me on a call. Rebecca, their billing person, was tone deaf, rude, judgmental and extremely uncaring and never have I felt more uncomfortable and disrespected than with what she said to me. I tried to get a regular checkup as I usually do, but after my recent visit they charged me for a ”limited evaluation”…whatever that’s supposed to mean. This cost an extra $109 on top of what I usually pay. No explanation was given, and I received poor care as they spent little time looking at my X-rays and only glanced in my mouth. I have a friend who had this same experience not long ago, so it seems like a new trend with them. Wish I could give 0 stars. I love the main male dentist, he has always been fair to me and done a good job at telling me what's going on in my exams and was always fair with the charge, only charged me $68 one time and $45 the next. I saw a different doctor today who looked in my mouth for less than 3 minutes, could not even tell me what the problem was just that it "looked dark on the x ray but i can't tell what it is."
