Great management! Quick and thorough responses. Also management gives plenty of heads up to any changes or maintenance coming up. Building is also pet friendly! Plenty of green space to walk your dog near the building. Great location for food as well! The building is close to a Laos restaurant, cafes and restaurants on Jasper. A personal favourite was Hanan's Kitchen! The location is quiet but right downtown, making everything super convenient when using public transit!
