Been here about a month now. Beautiful apartments, and grounds. Non-smoking!! Huge relief after our last apartment lied about that. So far everyone seems friendly. No shady people.

After being told they only descriminate against drug related felonies, we paid $60 for the background check, and were denied anyway! We were really looking forward to moving away from where we were because of how far out of town it was and certain people who live around here. You made it sound very promising. We wouldnt have paid that 60 if we thought we were going to be denied. Thank you for taking that away from us.
