Drew came through in a crunch. Provided me a tow and my problem diagnosed and fixed within a day.
I was part of the mass florida evacuation of 2017 hurricane Irma. Unfortunately , during events such as these , taking a long trip hardly prepared is an understatement. My Jeep developed a issue along the way. They had me back on the road in no time. I was so impressed with the compassion , quality and value from the entire staff.. They are all a wonderful representation of the local community. ..Just honest , hard working good people... That I can not say enough about.
We are so grateful to Drew and his team and would highly recommend them! We broke down on the interstate and needed a tow. They were about to close when I called, but after hearing our situation, Drew stayed late to help and fixed the car successfully. I am not sure what would have happened if he was not there. We would have been stuck without a car or place to stay. A special bonus was that he had the exact part we needed right there in stock. We thank you and wish you and your family the best. Swansea is lucky to have you!
Highly recommended! Drew came in, even though they were closed, the day after Christmas. He took time away from his family to get us back on the road to our vacation destination. Thank you so much for saving us when we were far away from home!
