This people shouldn’t even have a start. They never repair anything, I have a holes in my bathroom , mole , I’ve been asking to fix my window for months he never show up .for about 6 months, the new maintenance guy is so lazy, he’s wife that works in the office never there.. , . Don’t trust him, do not let him inside your apt. And when you call its a waste of time. I am unsubscribing from the Apartment Guide" listing's. I am very upset that you would post such lovely pictures of an Apartment Community without any verification of whether or not the pictures and descriptions of the properties are accurate. This place is horrific. Overgrown, unkempt grounds, parking lot and sidewalks unsafe, uneven, cracks and holes throughout. Did not even make it to move-in. I applied and received word that I was approved. I received a text telling me, not asking me, that we would be meeting tomorrow and I would be paying them $200, a cost never mentioned in the application or move-in details. When I asked to reschedule, I received no reply and then a text on the date telling me we were meeting, with no confirmation of time or anything. It was the lousiest communication I have ever experienced, and made me super uncomfortable. There was ZERO regard for my persona... read more
