I love living here. We recently underwent some management changes and the new staff here is GREAT! They complete repairs when they tell you they will and make an effort to speak to everyone they see.
While checking out apartments, I talked to the manager and assistant manager at Pepper Tree. They were so nice! They did not have a vacancy (and I can understand why!), but they were able to direct me to a lot of other places, and even drew me maps and gave me phone numbers for other apartments! They were really super nice. And the complex is beautiful and clean and quiet. I really liked it!
this place is not a child friendly place to live. They (management) was always on the kids. They could not do anything. Property was very nice but they were able to do home inspections and if they didnt find anything they would come back again possibly the next day to find something (dirty tub / oven). I just feel they were always onto the children for very minor things.
This place is known for the number one drug dealers of baldwin county and the manager is awful she dont do anything she is suppose to do. i would not even rate this place!
