This complex is amazing for the price. Pool, washer/dryer hook ups and big apartments in a nice area. At this price my expectations were low, but I am impressed.
the person that they got to answer the phone isnt nice or helpful at all,he was short and didnt want to answer my questions
This is a poorly run apartment complex, no one ever answers your calls and when you leave a message no one ever calls you back. How can you rent apartments with no one to speak to to get information about the aprtments. You need a manager and a asst manager to answer phone calls and answer messages.
Excellent location and helpful staff. The apartments are standard, but clean and convienient. I would recommend Peppertree to family.
Family friendly, good price, neer the beach, two pools. I just found this place and submitted an application. The office staff was so nice. I cant wait to move in. I am so excited.
This complex is not managed very well, they cant keep a manager, the property is not maintained. They never fix anything, the grounds are dirty. The floors in apartments upstairs squeak, the doors on closets break and they wont fix. Children are everywhere and they obviously dont monitor whom they rent to. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 2! They make you sign a lease with all these stipulations but they do not keep up any standards that is on the contract.
I have lived in peppertree for about 4 years with my daughter who is now 8. Inspections are easy, if your apt is well kept. I have never had any problems or have them come back the next day to find one. Also, you get like a weeks advance notice for an inspection. Also, mg. has never gotten on to my kid or her friends when they are over. Overall, if you have to live in an apt, these are very nice and affordable.
all was nice, i had a friend here. he worked there for a while and a lot of my hispanic, and portuguese friends are there because of him. he took the trouble to learn. i would be glad to refer. if there was someone there like that. hes disabled but so
It would be nice to know who the owners are: therefore tenants would be able to complain directly to them about their choice of management and maintenance personel. People are breaking leases due to mismanagement. It may look nice, but you dont want to be a tenant! Good luck in your search for an apartment.
