My husband and I have been living here for 7 years. We love Dawn the property manager. Whenever we have had an issue with the rental Dawn and the maintenance crew are VERY quick to come and fix it and have great communication. They give ample notice and times of when they need to enter the apartment and are very conscious of our animals in case they try to escape. When COVID had struck and my husband and I both had it and Dawn even offered to go get groceries and deliver them to our door. Not to mention all the little treats... read more
The keep raising our rent, but they take away things, like our bench, hasn’t been replaced yet. And this pile of dirt has been here for 8-9 months.
Make sure all your ducks are in a row prior to speaking with Dawn. Paid for background and deposit. On day of move in she wanted proof of dog being spayed, lost $50 should sue RUN haul to move stuff from out of state. Then
This was a nice place to live, including for a large dog. Dawn, the community manager, was very nice, welcoming, and helpful from beginning to end of my experience. She was honest and fair with rent, deposit, and generous with community gifts and holiday cheer. I did not experience any crime or suspicious activity in over a year. Great experience.
I hope I can give a zero star for this apartments. I've been asking to be put on a waitlist and I said I have an ESA dog and looking for a bigger apartment. Dawn who I guess the property manager said, "if you are trying to get a puppy I don't want you here." I wasn't trying to get a puppy or breed a puppy. My dog is an ESA and he is sprayed and neutered. She told me I need to have documentations and I nicely said to him, I do have documentation that he is neutered and she was still rude. Don't waste your time here. What more... read more
