Renter *BEWARE* save yourself the trouble, Do Not rent at Valley Ridge Apts, Never have I dealt with such poor Management and Maintenance. There are many *HIDDEN FEES* poor comunication between mangement and Tenants, Mangement changes rules and regulations and fails to porplery inform tenants and when new rules or regulations are not followed through, tenant gets a notice to door stating that they will be charged a fee and a lock to your dwelling, Mangement and maintenance will enter your dwelling w/o a 24 hr notice, Mainten... read more
lived there for only 3 months had to get out!! management is terrible and so are the apartment. nothing works and everything is broken. would not recommend at all.
